For your convenience, we take Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept the 12-month option of the Care Credit Dental Credit Card.  We deliver the most excellent care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please remember you are entirely responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement after we have received your insurance payment. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  For your convenience, you can make a payment on your balance thru our Online Bill Pay Option on the tab marked Online Bill Pay.
